Synthesis
A symbolic condensation of a spread, obtained either through global reading or through calculation according to the method used.
Synthesis does not replace the original cards. It serves to unify the reading, bring out a dominant axis, and shape the overall coherence of the spread.
In the Tarot Nova method, certain syntheses are calculated numerically from the drawn arcana, without this cancelling the qualitative reading of the cards.
