Energy
The quality of expression of an arcana or a spread, perceived as active force, tension, impulse, or symbolic atmosphere.
The word energy should not be understood here in a vague or fuzzy esoteric sense. It refers to the way an arcana acts, insists, opens, slows, or transforms.
Speaking of energy makes it possible to move beyond a literal reading and enter a more living reading of symbols.
