Cups

In the minor arcana, cups refer to the emotional, loving, relational, and inner register. They speak of what is felt, shared, received, or contained.

They should not be reduced to simple sentimentality. Cups may also evoke the depth of bond, the quality of welcome, vulnerability, or emotional richness.
